WHY DO TODDLERS NEEDS SHORT SLEEP/NAPS?

- Kids need about 12 to 14 hours of sleep in a day

TIPS TO MAKE YOUR CHILD SLEEP

- Read stories, sing songs and cuddle them (hugs, kisses, and tickles) before going to sleep

- Dim the lights or switch off the lights, play some soft music

- Create a regular sleep schedule for your child, so the child's body will get used to sleeping at the same time every day
